In September of 2019, Jess went to Riverhead Ciderhouse to celebrate her brother’s 26th birthday. Little did she know, Nick’s then girlfriend (now wife), Rachel, and her childhood best friend, Jamianne, had schemed a plan. They wondered if Jamianne invited her brother, David, to the event, if a spark would form between the two. David and Jess attended Ronkonkoma Middle School and Connetquot High School together in the same grade, but their social circles, were very different, an athlete and a theater nerd. And unlike one of the bride's favorite musicals of all time, they did not sing together on stage for the call-back audition the same night of the decathalon, then shortly after win the championship game, kick-starting their love story. No, their paths never crossed, until almost 5 years after high school. At Riverhead Ciderhouse, they finally (formally) met and connected instantly, chatting the whole time. After the event, their was a post-hang and the guys and girls started to split up, when Jess attempted to join the girls, they told her she HAD to go with the boys to get ice cream. Jess was confused but excited to spend more time talking to David. Jess and David were really hitting it off, but the party was winding down. Jess knew, with David being a little on the shy side, she was going to have to muster up the courage to offer exchanging numbers. She pushed down her nerves, and went home with her heart fluttering and a new contact in her phone. Jessie’s cousin, Teresa, said “When I saw you two talking, it was like you were in your own world” and that she had a great feeling about this. Jess giddily thought “So do I.” David and Jess could have never imagined that their fun first meet, was a carefully curated secret mission, set by their matchmaking sister and future sister-in-law, that would eventually evolve into love. Nor could they have ever known, walking the middle school halls, that a domino effect of events had been set into motion. And this invisible string of events would tie their fates together, culminating in the promise of forever.

Teresa, cousin of the bride, born 12 days apart, best friends ever since! Jess and Tee's childhood imaginary games, love of all things beach and mermaid, shared music taste ranging from girly pop to ugly crying, and fandom levels are unmatched. An encyclopedia of rom coms shared between the two of them, has given them a lifelong preparation for this very moment. Jess is honored to have her very own gilmore girl, by her side, for the big day.

Kaela, childhood best friend, shares a lifetime of memories with the bride. Jess and Kaela's friendship has remained a constant as they have gone through so many different stages of life. From binging Vampire Diaries, to screaming over One Direction, traveling to Italy together, ski trips upstate, from cozy nights in to bar nights out, Jess knows she will have the best time with Kaela no matter where they are or what they're doing. They are thrilled to be engaged at the same time as each other, to be able to experience this journey together, is so special! Kaela's heart of gold, hilarious sense of humor, beautifully talented artistry skills, big sister qualities, and just downright good vibes always, are just a few of the countless reasons Jess admires her deeply. Jess feels blessed to have such an incredible best friend by her side for her wedding day.

Jess was thrilled to become official sisters with Rachel in 2024! Jess was so happy when her brother started seeing this down-to-earth, loving, and joyful girl who always brought the fun vibes, and knows no one could've been a better addition to the Piampiano family! She is so excited to have her by her side on this special day, and to make a lifetime of memories ahead as sisters!

Jess and Jamianne were fast friends even before Jess and David were together! Hang-outs with Nick, Rachel, Jamianne, and Ryan are what led to David and Jess reconnecting. And for that, Jess will be forever grateful to her. Ever since, Jess and Jamianne have been making tons of Eden and Reidy family memories together, her bubbly nature spreads joy to everyone in her presence. David and Jess adore hanging out with their baby niece, Sloane, and it has been an absolute joy watching her grow through so many milestones. Jess can't wait to become official sisters, with Jamianne by her side on the big day!

Kelsie and Jess became fast friends once David and Jess started dating. From family parties, game nights, girl talks, and vacations, Kelsie keeps everyone laughing! Jess admires Kelsie's tell-it-like-it-is outlook, fearless nature, and adventurous spirit. She never would've thought she would be so blessed to go from growing up with no sister, to one day having 3! Fun Fact, Jess and Kelsie are probably the only people on earth that share a rare love for Pua from Moana. She is an excellent dog mom, loving aunt, and wonderful friend. Jess couldn't be happier to become official sisters with such an awesome person, and looks forward to a lifetime of more memories ahead. Jess feels honored to have Kelsie by her side on this special day.

Kristina and Jess have been the best of friends since elementary school! Some highlights of their fun times they've shared include seeing Twilight movie premieres together in middle school, ice cream basement hangs, being on the Color Guard and Kickline team together in high school, enjoying the height of Pop Punk, Tumblr, and The Vampire Diaries during the elite era of 2011-2014,  to planning their weddings at the same time! Although far apart, and the Arianator vs Swiftie divide (at least they can agree on Sabrina), their friendship has always stayed true. Jess has always admired that Kristina is a boss babe, always unapologetically herself, and gives 110% to everything she sets her mind to, including her friendships. It was an honor for Jess to be a bridesmaid in Kristina's wedding, and she cannot wait for Kristina to now be hers! 

Kristina Meehan

Jackie and Jess became fast friends through Kristina in middle school. They quickly bonded over their love of cozy-gaming Animal Crossing and Pokemon. Their friendship grew as they did, and now they hang all the time, plotting their halloween costumes in the summer, sharing memes, posts, toks, and reels 1,000 times a day, jamming to the latest hits in the car, and always on the hunt for the newest insta-worthy spot to try out! Jackie is the friend that dedicates her time and energy to keeping the group the most up-to-date as possible on all media topics, global news, trends, and slang, and her labors to keep Jess in-the-know are greatly appreciated. She will go above and beyond to make sure her friends look amazing in the most perfect pic, she is the definition of a true girls-girl, and fashionista would be an understatement. Jess admires how intelligent, fiercely independent, compassionate, incredibly talented photographer, creative soul, and witty Jackie is all while not compromising  on looking fabulous while doing it all, much like a real-life Barbie. Jess is so excited to have Jackie by her side for the big day!
